It's very easy to place an order with us. You can order online using our secure site, order by phone, and order by fax.

To fax or mail your order to us, click the "Buy Me" button, then click the "check out" button, next you will see a total of your order, proceed to checkout, and to the online order form. Simply fill out the form, click the "print" button on your Browser tool bar, print out the form and fax your order to: 919-598-1381
